- Have clear goals: Define your objectives and aspirations and establish clear criteria for measuring your progress towards achieving them.
For example, if someone struggles with anxiety, a specific goal might be to reduce the frequency of panic attacks by 50% over the next three months. It’s important to make goals realistic and attainable, while still pushing oneself to grow and improve. This can be done at home on your own or through the guidance from a mental health professional.
