Client Portal Access Link and Instructions

First Time Login Instructions

You’ll receive an invitation email that contains the unique, one-time link you’ll use to access the Client Portal. Clicking Sign in will open the Client Portal in a new tab on your browser.

*Instant sign-in links expire after 24 hours and can only be used once. If a client clicks an expired link, they’ll be prompted to request a new instant sign-in link. This can be done by Clicking Here and selecting the “I’m an Existing Client” option. Enter your email and you will have a new link sent to your email address.

If you don’t see the welcome email. Simply Search for “Bright Pine Behavioral Health” or for yourprovider@simplepractice.com and you should be able to locate it in your inbox or spam folder.

Instant Sign-In Instructions

Step 1

Click Here and Select “I’m An Existing Client

Step 2

Enter the email address associated with your Client Portal Account and select Send link

If the email address matches the one you have on file, you’ll see a message confirming that the link has been sent.

Try these tips if you didn't receive a link

  • Confirm you’re using the correct email.
    Double check that the email you’re using is associated with your account and spelled correctly. Did you put in the wrong email? Request a new link.
  • Check your Spam/Junk/Bulk/Updates folders.
  • Add  to your contact list to prevent these emails from going to the wrong place.
