About Me

Eva approaches therapy with the belief that children grow best when the adults in their lives grow alongside them. She creates a warm, engaging space where children and teens feel safe to express themselves, build confidence, and develop skills that support emotional resilience both now and in the future.

Eva earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan, where she specialized in working with children and adolescents. Her clinical training focused on supporting families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, and difficulties with emotional regulation.

What sets Eva apart is her deeply collaborative, family-centered approach. She views therapy as a partnership between the child, caregivers, and therapist, and works intentionally to strengthen the parent–child relationship as part of the healing process. Eva integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and play-based interventions, tailoring each session to the child’s developmental needs while keeping caregivers actively involved.

Eva is passionate about creating positive, early experiences with mental healthcare and believes therapy should feel supportive, empowering, and practical. She partners with families to provide tools, language, and strategies that can be used at home, helping families build lasting patterns of connection, understanding, and growth.
