2) Standard Testing Administration Fee
Our Standard Administration Fee is vital in providing you with the highest level of service and is designed to cover insurance non-reimbursable costs such as; the costs of testing protocol materials we’ll need to order for your assessment, instrumentation, digital protocol licensing fees, and the time allocated to setup.
Full Neuropsychological Assessment Administration Fee – $395
- Full Complete Comprehensive Neuropsychological Assessment – this is the most comprehensive and in-depth assessment we offer and includes a thorough evaluation of your cognitive, executive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Adult and Teen Autism Assessment – Ages 6 and up.
- Learning Disability Assessments – All Ages.
- High- Stakes Exam Accommodations Assessments – MCAT, LSAT, GRE, BAR, USMLE, etc..
Partial Assessment Administration Fee – $210
- ADHD Comprehensive Only Assessment – All ages
- Autism Child Assessment – Ages 1-6, children past the age of 6 typically require a Full Neuropsychological Assessment.
- IQ Only Assessment – All Ages. Satisfies Private School Admissions and MENSA Applications
To confirm and schedule your appointment, our standard administration fee must be paid upon scheduling. Please note that this fee is non-covered (not reimbursed to us) by insurance carriers and is separate from any insurance related charges such as deductibles & copays which may result after filing your claim. The administration fee is non-refundable. In case of appointment cancellation, the fee will be assessed as a cancellation fee, but rescheduling is allowed. 3) Scheduling Time Frame
- Time Frame For Traditional Route Testing Appointments
To ensure thorough and comprehensive diagnostic reports, we follow a rigorous process of drafting, reviewing, and finalizing reports that adhere to our strict high-standard guidelines.
Due to high demand for our testing services, assessments are scheduled months out in advance for both in-network (BCBS, BCN, ASR, Priority Health) and out-of-network clients.
We deliver reports to clients within 4-6 weeks from the date of in-person testing. This time allows for high-quality report preparation and thorough review to meet our high standards of production.
*Your Account must be settled in full prior to the release of client diagnostic reports. If your carrier delays claim processing, we are able to release the report upon a direct payment for the outstanding balance. Once your carrier process your claim and any resulting payments, we will promptly issue all refunds owed to you.

- Time Frame For Expedited Route Testing Appointments
(If you require testing and results sooner than the traditional time frame above)
We offer a limited number of Expedited Evaluations each month to accommodate clients with urgent needs. These evaluations are private pay only. We will provide a superbill reimbursement invoice for you to submit to your insurance company for credit or direct reimbursement. In order to meet the time sensitive demands of our clients, our team of clinicians will prioritize your evaluation, and provide the diagnostic report within 5 business days.

4) Estimated Costs
*The overall expenses can differ depending on the insurance provider and your specific plan. It is essential for members to familiarize themselves with their own coverage details.
Our thorough testing process is comprised of 3 appointments plus our standard administration fee. The intake, testing, and feedback appointments are billable to your insurance company. Final costs are driven by your insurance plan contractual limitations and contracted rates. A complimentary benefit verification will be completed for an estimated quote based on your insurance limitations.
- Standard Administration Fee: – Varies by assessment and is collected at scheduling (see administration fee section).
- Intake Appointment: CPT 90791 – Cost is driven by your insurance company’s contractual rate.
- In-Person Testing Appointment: Combination of CPT codes 96130, 96131, 96132, 96133, 96136, 96137, 96138, 96139. Cost is driven by your insurance company’s contractual rate.
- Feedback Appointment: CPT 90837 – Cost is driven by your insurance company’s contractual rate.
*Contractual rate – this is the rate set by your carrier for the service codes listed above. Payment for rendered services including deductibles, coinsurance, and copays is always due at the time of service.
Care Credit Financing is available to everyone who is unable to meet their insurance plan’s contractual obligations.Â

5) Complimentary Benefit Verification
Once we receive your confirmation text, we’ll have our biller verify your plan and provide you with a cost estimate.Â
Important: Due to the nature of insurance companies, we are unable to guarantee the accuracy of the information they provide to us, therefore, we encourage members to call your carrier and verify your benefits while documenting that communication for your own records.
