We value our providers’ time and strive to ensure every patient has a chance to be seen when they need us. To help make that happen, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Without this heads-up, a cancellation fee may apply—so we can keep our schedule open for everyone who’s counting on us. Thank you for understanding. $95 for appointments before 4pm and $135 for appointments 4pm or later as well as any weekend appointments.

How to Use a Superbill:
- Receive Services: Get the testing or services you need from us.
- Request a Superbill: After your appointment, request a superbill from our office.
