First Time Appointment Instructions by Appointment Type

This is very important information. We ask that you please follow the instructions below based on your upcoming 1st-time appointment type.

Therapy Appointment Instructions

  • Please be sure that all of your intake paperwork is signed in the client portal. These documents were shared with you by your clinician when scheduling. Failure to do so prior to your intake appointment may result in time spent on signatures during your session or cancelation.
  • A valid method of payment is required to be on file prior to your first appointment.

Psychological Testing Appointment Instructions

  • Please be sure that all of your intake paperwork is signed in the client portal. These documents were shared with you by your clinician when scheduling. Failure to do so prior to your intake appointment may result in time spent on signatures during your session or cancelation.
  • A valid method of payment is required to be on file prior to your first appointment.
  • If you need to ask your clinician a question prior to your intake, feel free to reach out to them via email. Their contact information can be found in our Directory.

Expedited Psychological Testing Appointment Instructions

  • Please be sure that all of your intake paperwork is signed in the client portal. These documents were shared with you by your clinician when scheduling. Failure to do so prior to your intake appointment may result in time spent on signatures during your session or cancelation.
  • A valid method of payment is required to be on file prior to your first appointment.
  • Cash or Check is preferred. Checks should be payable to “Bright Pine Behavioral Health”
  • If paying by Credit Card, a 4% payment processing fee will be added to your final balance. Please note: Admin fees are not subject to the 4% fee.

Care Credit Payment Instructions

  • We ask that all payments via Care Credit are sent at least 2 days prior to your appointment. This allows enough time for us to confirm receipt.
  • Once your payment is sent, please text 248-455-6619 to confirm. Include your name and the amount remitted. So that we may cross reference and confirm receipt.
