About Me

Taking the first step toward therapy is a courageous decision, and I want to commend you for considering this meaningful journey. Reaching out to a therapist can be challenging, but it is often one of the most rewarding steps toward personal growth and healing. With the guidance and support of an empathetic therapist, navigating life’s challenges becomes more manageable, and meaningful progress becomes achievable.

My goal is to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, respected, and truly heard. Building this foundation of trust and understanding is essential to fostering a strong therapeutic relationship. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, life transitions, or self-image, I am here to walk alongside you and assist you in carving a new path forward.

I approach therapy through a Humanistic Psychology lens, focusing on the person as a whole rather than solely addressing symptoms. I frequently incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques into sessions and adapt aspects of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other modalities as needed to meet individual client needs.

With experience working with individuals across various ages, life stages, and challenges, I am particularly passionate about supporting children and teenagers. I take pride in helping young clients navigate their unique struggles and develop the tools they need to thrive. My dedication to working with kids, teens, and adults alike is driven by a deep commitment to empowering individuals and fostering resilience.

If you have any questions or would like to explore how we might work together, please don’t hesitate to reach out via phone or email. I look forward to being part of your journey.
