This is because they take place outside our clinicians’ normal working hours and do not fall under typical insurance coverage due to the absence of specific CPT codes for such expedited services. Clients choosing this option must acknowledge and accept that insurance claims will not be filed by us for these expedited assessments, as they are categorized as non-covered services. For those covered by a carrier with which we are in-network, please be aware that we cannot submit claims for any expedited assessments. Should you wish to make use of your in-network benefits and if there isn’t an urgent need, we advise against opting for expedited testing and recommend submitting your details for scheduling within our traditional timeline.

Choosing our expedited services means you are selecting an out-of-network option, which requires full out-of-pocket payment. By opting for this service, you acknowledge that you will not use your in-network insurance benefits, and understand that we will not file any insurance claims for you. Diagnostic reports are produced within 5 business days of the assessment. You understand and agree that you assume all financial responsibility for expedited services. Some insurance carriers or Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) may accept superbill reimbursement invoices submitted by their members for credit or reimbursement toward their out-of-network benefits. If your insurer or HSA accepts such invoices, we can provide you with a superbill. Important: We do not provide superbills to carriers we are in network with. If you want to utilize your discounted in-network benefits you must schedule on the traditional route. Be aware that we do not guarantee any reimbursement to you from your insurance carrier. We suggest reaching out to your insurance provider to clarify their process for handling a superbill submitted for an in-network or out-of-network provider and to confirm the reimbursement amount.

No, BPBH will not submit any insurance claims on your behalf, regardless of our network status with your insurance carrier.
