Brian Burgoyne holds a Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology. Brian has tested clients of all ages for ADHD, developmental delays, and learning disabilities. He has experience co-facilitating groups focused on treating anxiety and depression, teaching life skills, and using music and journaling as therapeutic tools within group settings.
Brian has experience seeing children and adults in individual therapy as well. He uses an Existential-Humanistic approach and draws from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, depending on the needs of the client. Brian has also worked with children with autism between the ages of five and twelve years old. His goal is to help guide clients to find their own voice and live their best lives within a safe and comfortable setting. Brian is currently in the doctoral clinical psychology program at the Michigan School of Psychology.
