Sarah Pieciak completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Over the course of her graduate program, Sarah gained invaluable experience providing psychotherapy and assessment services to children and adolescents with diverse mental health needs.

In practice, Sarah primarily provides psychotherapy to youth and families. She has years of experience working with children and adolescents with anxiety, depression, autism spectrum, learning disorders, ADHD, behavioral concerns, and co-occurring mental health disorders. Her therapeutic orientation is strongly rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and she has additional training in behavior therapy, person-centered therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills. Sarah is dedicated to providing effective and evidence-based treatment that caters to the specific needs of the individual. In practice, Sarah adopts a strength-based approach and believes in providing a safe, therapeutic space that fosters self-growth and exploration.
