Late Cancel/Appointment No Show Fee

We value our providers’ time and strive to ensure every patient has a chance to be seen when they need us. To help make that happen, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Without this heads-up, a cancellation fee may apply—so we can keep our schedule open for everyone who’s counting on us. Thank you for understanding. $95 for appointments before 4pm and $135 for appointments 4pm or later as well as any weekend appointments.

Testing Cancel/No Show $210-$395
Our Standard Testing Administration Fees are non-refundable. Therefore, if you need to cancel your appointment, the administration fee will serve as your cancelation fee. Re-scheduling the testing appointment is allowed.

If you have upcoming deadlines (legal, educational, or personal) or simply cannot wait for answers, the expedited option reserves a clinician’s personal day off to move your assessment forward and deliver results within 7 business days. This service is available exclusively to private-pay clients.
This service is designed for clients with urgent or time-sensitive needs who want privacy without 3rd party involvement. We therefore offer this exclusively on a private-pay / self-pay basis. These assessments are performed outside of our clinicians’ normal working hours — often on weekends during their personal time off
Clients choosing this service will be asked to sign our Patient Self-Pay Election and Acknowledgment form prior to services. This form confirms your voluntary election to pay privately.
If you have insurance we are in-network with , we strongly advise scheduling on our standard timeline and using your member benefits and discounted rates. This allows you to utlize the service towards your deductibles, max out of pocket threshholds, and us to address all insurance claim processing delays, prior authorization requirements, and any denied service codes by your carrier.
For clients facing urgent time sensitive needs, we offer expedited assessments conducted outside our clinicians’ regular working hours. If you require evaluation results wihtin 7 days of the asessment, we are committed to meeting your expectations. If you do not have insurance or have insurance we are not in network with, to initiate this process, please complete the form below. We will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
It is advisable to arrive at least a day before your scheduled evaluation to ensure you are fully rested for the in-person assessment. Conveniently, all our office locations are situated near a variety of excellent lodging options. We are also readily available to assist you with any queries and can help you select the accommodation that best fits your or your family’s needs.
