Pay: $130,980- $191,372
*pay contingent on billable hours, license type, and reimbursement rate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological testing intakes to gather relevant client history and presenting concerns.
- Plan tailored assessment batteries based on client needs.
- Administer, score, and interpret psychological measures with accuracy and professionalism.
- Integrate test data to clarify diagnoses and craft detailed psychological evaluation reports.
- Provide feedback sessions to clients, clearly communicating results and actionable recommendations.

- Ensure timely and accurate documentation that meets clinic standards and ethical guidelines.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) or Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology (PhD) required.
- Fully licensed as a psychologist in the state of Michigan.
- Extensive experience in psychological testing, including administration, interpretation, and report writing.
- Ability to manage a consistent caseload with a focus on quality over volume.
- Preference for candidates with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive earning potential, with full-time testing psychologists expected to earn well into mid to high six figures.
- 8 weeks time off annually (44-week work schedule).
