Pay: $100,980- $141,372
*pay contingent on billable hours, license type, and reimbursement rate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality therapy services to children, adolescents, and/or adults.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with clinic standards and ethical guidelines.
- Engage in collaborative treatment planning with clients.
- Manage your caseload and schedule autonomously with the support of our administrative team.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Must hold one of the following licenses in the state of Michigan:
- TLLP: Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist
- DLLP: Doctoral Limited Licensed Psychologist
- LLP: Limited Licensed Psychologist
- LP: Fully Licensed Psychologist
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional care to clients.
- Comfortable working with a range of client populations (children, adolescents, and/or adults).
- Ability to adapt to part-time, full-time, or telehealth schedules as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive earning potential based on caseload and license level, with six-figure potential for full-time clinicians.

- 8 weeks time off annually for full-time positions (44-week work schedule).
- Compensation for client communications outside of billable sessions, including lengthy emails and third-party requests.
- Direct referrals provided to help build and maintain your caseload.

- Up to 70% of total billings for eligible clinicians.
