Pay: $100,980–$141,372

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) passionate about working with children, teens, and adults to provide evidence-based, compassionate care in a supportive and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.
  • Conduct intake assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other professionals to support clients’ goals and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation in a timely manner.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to ensure the highest quality of care.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active Michigan license:
    • LPC: Licensed Professional Counselor
    • LLPC: Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (supervision available)
  • Experience working with children, teens, and adults in a therapeutic setting.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, or Play Therapy (for younger clients).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration with clients and their families.
