Pay: $100,980–$141,372

We are seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for an LMSW passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, teens, and adults through counseling, advocacy, and collaborative care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients of all ages using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
- Offer advocacy and case management services to address social, emotional, and environmental needs.
- Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to support client goals.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Provide crisis intervention and referrals to community resources when needed.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Must hold an active Michigan LMSW license (Full or Limited).
- Experience providing therapy and case management for children, teens, and adults.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and other professionals.
