Pay: $100,980–$141,372

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for an LMFT passionate about fostering relational health and providing exceptional care to diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems Therapy.
- Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress for clients.
- Facilitate open communication, conflict resolution, and emotional growth within families and couples.
- Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other professionals as needed to support client goals.
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant, accurate, and timely clinical documentation.
- Provide crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute relational or emotional challenges.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Must hold an active Michigan LMFT license (Full or Limited).
- Experience providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, EFT, or Solution-Focused Therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration with clients and families.
